Job Overview – Classified Registering Agent (CRA)
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Classified Registering Agent (CRA) to join our team. The CRA will be responsible for driving traffic to our platform by registering new users and assisting them in creating high-quality listings. This role combines remote work and on-site meetings or activities, providing flexibility and the opportunity to engage with our community directly.This position offers the potential for a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Register new users on Sevenza Trade, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided.
- Assist users in uploading images and necessary information to create high-quality listings.
- Achieve a target of 10 user registrations per day.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to new users during the registration process.
- Maintain detailed records of registrations and interactions with users.
- Report progress and any issues to the supervisor regularly.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and classified listing platforms is a plus.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Incentive
- $0.25 per additional registered user, above the daily target calculated in Canadian Dollars.
- Payments are issued only after achieving the monthly target of 300 registrations.
Must-Haves
- Computer Literate: Proficient with basic computer applications and online tools.
- Education: University education, background in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to assist users effectively.
Added Advantages - Web Development: Basic knowledge of web development and design in Word Press.
- Work Tools: Computer with internet connection, a Cell phone
- Marketing: Experience in digital marketing and social media promotion.
